Calvin is transparent, knowledgeable and hard working. I became so frustrated talking to Brian; from my experience, he never has any idea what’s going on and he will not try to find the answer either. Everyday that I spoke with him ended the same. “Nothing yet” and “ When Calvin gets back in I’ll let him know. Brian shared that he was off tomorrow, and Calvin was off Wednesday, so luck will be on my side 8/13✨ Tomorrow is my bday and I’m really looking forward to driving my car away from this place. I’ts been a week without my baby 🥺 and Im hoping for good news from Calvin!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Pep Boys. I scheduled an online appointment through the Pep Boys website for 12:00 PM to have my two front tires replaced and a front-end alignment completed. I arrived at the store at approximately 11:41 AM for my scheduled appointment. Upon entering the store, no one was behind the counter therefore I waited and a couple of minutes later, the employee initially walked out of the restroom with his cellphone in his hand and simply looked at me without greeting or acknowledging me. Once he got behind the counter, he asked how he could assist me. I provided my name and informed him that I had a 12:00 PM appointment. After reviewing his list, he asked what services I was scheduled for. I advised him that I was there for two new front tires and an alignment. He then informed me that the alignment machine was down and stated, “I wish I had known,” explaining that the appointment system did not provide him with the services I scheduled online. He further advised that the technician responsible for repairing the machine would not be available until sometime Tuesday. This situation caused a major inconvenience, as

Ordered new tires and an alignment. No communication with the online scheduling system. The shop had no knowledge of what I ordered online. Missing one of the 4 tires I ordered so I had to get different ones. Low pressure light came on after I left and bouncing at 50mph. Probably not balanced properly.

Dalton took time out of his very full day to diagnose our engine problem that we had on a family trip. He had us back on the road in 15 minutes and got us home safely, and we got the work done he told us we needed at our local mechanic. Can't thank Dalton & the Pep Boys SAV team enough for their quick help that morning!

Made an appointment to get AC unit checked on a Sunday at 1:30. Drove all the way to find them closed. Drove home and made n appointment for the next day. Showed up for my appointment on Monday at 10, after driving 40 miles, waiting another 15 minutes only to find out they didn't have an AC Tech. My appointment had my email and phone # attached. Pep boys lost my business years ago because of poor service, thought I would give them another shot since it had been so long....never again.
